Key Responsibilities
· Improve key operational performance areas · Analyze and recommend process improvements · Act as resource to plant manager in identifying inefficiencies and solving them · Work with team members to develop good working relationships and high moral · Coach supervisors in production and team member decision · Correlate with 1st shift USDA on a daily basis · Facilitate information across all shifts and department · Correlate with Director of Fleet Operations as needed · Personally monitor all KPI and cost/lbs data on a daily basis · Implement all WOG yield measures as directed by the Plant Manager
