Job description
The Manager of Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for overseeing the governance, design, development, deployment, administration/operations, and continuous improvement of all organizational learning and educational programs (clinical and non-clinical). This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's learning ecosystem, including onboarding, competency management, preceptor programs, simulation-based education, continuing education, learning technologies, knowledge management, and educational governance.
The Manager leads and guides all Learning & Development team members to achieve departmental and organizational strategic and operational goals while improving the development, competency, and productivity of Life. Source team members.
