The Site Manager is a dynamic leader at the heart of our Neighborhood Healthcare locations, driving day-to-day operations while ensuring an exceptional patient & staff experience. Reporting to the Sr. Manager-Regional Operations, this role oversees all site programs and services, building efficient, high-performing systems that support quality care, strong financial outcomes, and seamless operations.
The Site Manager ensures teams are well-trained, empowered, and aligned with our mission. By continuously evaluating workflows, optimizing revenue & cost effectiveness, & championing systems that enhance quality of care, you will play a vital role in advancing Neighborhood Healthcare’s commitment to accessible, patient-centered community health.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
