M3 — Manager, DevOps Engineering
A hands-on engineering leader who builds and scales a high-performing DevOps team while staying close to the technical work. Combines people management experience with strong infrastructure, automation, and continuous delivery fundamentals to drive pipeline delivery, grow engineers, and establish a culture of ownership and reliability. Candidates should have experience with modern practices like Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and AI Ops to scale deployment pipelines and establish a culture of high reliability, as well as experience in financial services or wealth management technology.
