The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in the Hindi language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a joyful and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Hindi to students of Classes I–V as per the CBSE curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities, and assessments. Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills. Use interactive and activity-based teaching methods to make learning enjoyable. Assess student progress through regular classwork, assignments, and periodic evaluations.

Maintain student records and provide timely feedback to parents. Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Collaborate with colleagues to support students' academic and overall development.

Requirements

Eligibility Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hindi or a relevant discipline. B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. is preferred (as per school requirements). Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred. Excellent command of Hindi language and grammar. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
