Job description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the B2B2C program, covering B2B, B2C, SFA and ERP solutions, in close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders Own and drive the product development lifecycle for B2B2C capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities Lead design thinking sessions to ensure clear articulation and validation of business and user needs.

Partner with System Architects, Data Product Managers, and Data Engineers to identify, prioritize, and deliver critical technical enablers Work closely with the S&T Deployment Lead & BU Leads to ensure features are clearly defined, properly prioritized, and aligned with overall business goals Represent S&T internally and externally, managing the B2B2C backlog and ensuring stakeholder needs and expectations are clearly understood by delivery teams Translate strategic direction into clear product goals, priorities, and actionable delivery plans for teams Collaborate with Product Owners, IT Platform Managers, System Architects, and delivery teams to ensure features are desirable, viable, and sustainable, with clear benefit hypotheses and acceptance criteria Ensure strong consumer focus across all aspects of the product, from discovery through delivery and adoption Support integrated system demos, end-user testing, and release readiness activities to ensure successful deployments Drive and monitor user adoption, delivering measurable efficiency gains and business value Accurately identify and articulate the needs and requirements of both internal and external stakeholders Extensive hands-on experience (7+ years) working in complex enterprise environments Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer business domains and supporting technologies, combined with a deep, analytical, and tactical mindset Solid practical experience and understanding of end-to-end software development life cycles Strong understanding of high-level software architecture within the relevant functional domain Proven experience in leading and delivering large, high-impact initiatives within a complex organizational landscape First-level product or agile certification (e.

g., POPM, CSPO, PSO, PMP) or equivalent practical experience Deep understanding of the relevant business domain and its operational dynamics Demonstrated experience with change management activities required post‑release, including adoption, communication, and stabilization Solid knowledge of relevant technologies supporting digital and commerce solutions Experience in running large-impact projects within the organization Proven ability to define, apply, and manage effective prioritization frameworks SAP knowledge is considered an added advantage Overview At Pepsi.

We are looking for Digital Product Manager – 18 Months (Temp) to join our team in Istanbul. This role will lead the integration between Pepsi. Connect (B2B) and Kazandırio (B2C) and play a critical role in the B2B2C transformation.
