Painter III

The Building Mechanic III (Painter) is responsible for all phases of building maintenance, repairing and remodeling of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (MCCNO) as they pertain to painting, finishing, and coatings. This individual is required to monitor, repair, and apply building coatings and related work according to established industry guidelines, local codes and national codes.
