Branch Manager

Manage the projects, service and stores departments in maintaining business objectives. Leads all HVAC technicians in installation, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial customers. Seeking opportunities to identify new markets and customer needs. Proposing and preparing contracts ensuring adherence to company policy and local legislation Monitoring staff performance to meet and/ or exceed expectations Requirements 15 years of successful and recent HVAC and refrigeration service management experience.

Specialist hands on knowledge with building management systems (BMS) is essential. 10 years knowledge and experience in all aspects of HVAC and refrigeration, VRV systems, chilled water systems, packaged air conditioners, ventilation systems and equipment of daikin, temper zone, carrier and others Benefits MEDICAL EXAMINATION- all expenses for medical fees provided by the employer employees will be hired on a ' fit to work' medical clearance from an accredited medical clinic/ hospital in the Philippines FOOD ALLOWANCE- included in the salary package.
