Job description
We’re looking for an experienced HR Executive to support our rapidly growing BPO operations. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and driving a strong people-first culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, and comfortable handling high-volume HR activities typical in a BPO setup.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice BPO roles. Implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals. Conduct telephonic screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures for critical positions.
Onboarding & Induction Manage pre-joining formalities and documentation. Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs tailored to BPO operations. Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth new-hire integration. Employee Lifecycle & Compliance Handle exit interviews, resignation workflows, and clearance processes.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and government regulations relevant to BPO establishments. Manage PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities with zero errors. HR Operations & Policy Management Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and shift rosters. Review, update, and implement HR policies in line with operational changes.
Support HR audits and compliance checks. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Requirements
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the BPO/ITES industry. Strong understanding of PF, ESI, labor laws, and HR compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle fast-paced, target-driven hiring cycles.
