Requirements

Education, food preparation, or meat cutting experience are all desirable. Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in cold environments. Often, additional training is required. Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts. Strong communication, task management, and customer service abilities are required.
