Fabricators 50 nos. 1400 - 1500 4 Steel Erector 100 nos. 1500-1800 5 Spray Painter 50 nos. 1600 - 2200 6 Sand Blaster 50 nos. 1900 - 2000 Requirements Role Education Certification Experience Key Skills Required Trainee Inspector Diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical engineering CSWIP/AWS is an added advantage 0 - 1 Year Basic industry & code knowledge, quick learner, good communication, familiar with inspection tools.

Junior Inspector Diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical engineering CSWIP 3.1 or AWS Welding Inspector 1 - 3 Years Interpret technical drawings, use inspection equipment, maintain records, understand QC principles. Inspector Diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical engineering CSWIP 3.1 or AWS Welding Inspector 3 - 5 Years In-depth knowledge of codes (ASME, ANSI, AWS, etc.)

, hands-on experience in all welding inspection activities, report writing.
