The Graphic Designer cum Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating, producing, and implementing visually engaging materials across digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency. This role bridges the gap between marketing, creative design, and sales by designing and executing in-store displays, promotional setups, and, often, social media content to boost brand awareness and sales performance.

Marketing Material: Design marketing posters, brochures, flyers, and advertisements. Product & POS Design: Create packaging designs and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, including shelf talkers, wobblers, danglers, and banners. Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets adhere to company brand guidelines. Pre-press: Prepare print-ready artwork and manage adaptations for multi-SKU products.
  2. Visual Merchandising & In-Store Execution (40%) In-Store Displays: Set up and maintain eye-catching product displays that align with brand identity and seasonal themes. Planogram Implementation: Execute visual merchandising plans and strategies (planograms) to optimize space utilization. Store Visits & Audits: Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are maintained, and products are well-stocked, clean, and properly labeled. Campaign Rollout: Support the launch of new products and seasonal promotions through on-site, hands-on merchandising. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor displays and suggest enhancements to brand merchandising.

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In. Design, After Effects, Capcut Pro).
