Job description
The CAT Technology Specialist plays a key role in helping customers maximize the value of their equipment investments through the implementation and support of CAT technology solutions. As the dealership's subject matter expert, the Technology Specialist works closely with equipment sales representatives, PSSR's, service technicians, product managers, Caterpillar representatives, and customers to promote, implement, support, and train users on current and emerging technologies.
