Charge Nurse/Staff Nurse - Med/Surg/Peds (Nights)

Provides quality nursing care in Med/Surg/Peds through professional practice and clinical competence.

The Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing and coordinating patient care delivery during assigned shifts in designated clinical departments. This role provides clinical leadership and supervision, facilitates patient flow, and serves as a liaison between patients, staff, physicians, and leadership. The Charge Nurse reports to the House Supervisor, Department Director, or designee and collaborates across departments to ensure safe, timely, and efficient care.
