Steward (Seasonal Full Time to October)

The Steward plays a vital role in supporting the culinary team by maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen environment. This position is primarily responsible for the efficient washing and sanitizing of dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure food service operations run smoothly and without interruption.

Stewards also maintain clean workstations, storage areas, floors, and waste disposal systems, while supporting composting and recycling initiatives.
