Job description
Training Specialist supports multiple aspects of the training program, including training content, LMS updates, training matrices, documentation, and training quality. This role coordinates training activities and partners with production leaders and designated trainers to help ensure training is completed timely and effectively.
The position also performs hands-on training, documentation, and administrative support tasks in line with company values and processes.
