Associate Head for Assembly Process Engineering - MFE

· Expertise in vehicle assembly process knowledge from automobile industry or related industry

• Subject matter expert in Manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process & Project planning activities
• Hands-on experience in handling end to end Engineering change management systems (ERN, ECR, etc.) in the existing and new products
• Process improvements, Process optimization, line balancing and related tools and facility selections.
• Existing and New Process Design & Development, Shop layout, Material Handling Systems, Greenfield and brown field projects.
• Proficient in lead and drive the team to achieve business requirements.
• Systematic Problem solving approach, using Quality systems, Lean methodology, Continuous improvement and 5S.
• Skilled in developing Process Documents PFD, PFEMA, Control Plan, SOP Requirements Requirement to handle Unit1 assembly process & related activates Benefits To Cater for new projects and existing process improvement
