About the Project: Multi-program engagement with a leading global Tier-1 customer for end-to-end ADAS system development. The multidisciplinary team works closely with the customer across:

- Process Compliance The project focuses on quality, scalability, governance, and production-ready ADAS solutions. About the Position:
- Frontline on-site technical role embedded with a major automotive customer with high ownership and quick decision-making
- Exposure to the complete lifecycle including development builds, integration, launch, early production, and field/warranty activities
- Opportunity to build strong OEM relationships while influencing engineering priorities and quality improvements
- Develop expertise in customer processes, issue triage, and cross-functional coordination Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site technical interface between the customer and internal engineering teams for ADAS ECUs/sensors
- Handle customer-reported issues end-to-end including reproduction, log collection, root cause coordination, and closure
- Lead structured problem-solving activities and customer deliverables including action plans and 8D reporting
- Support software/hardware updates, flashing, configuration control, and version management
- Validate fixes through bench and vehicle testing
- Participate in customer meetings, build events, and design/quality reviews
- Coordinate engineering change requests, implementation timing, and release tracking
- Support launch and early production activities including warranty and escalation handling
- Maintain issue dashboards and status reporting
- Build strong relationships with customer engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Ensure clear bilingual communication across teams Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) - 5+ years of experience in ADAS/ECU engineering, integration, or validation with direct customer/OEM interaction
- Ability to diagnose system-level issues using logs, traces, and diagnostics tools such as CAN, UDS, and DoIP
- Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Fluent Japanese and English communication skills for meetings, documentation, and customer interaction Language Requirements:
- Japanese/English bilingual
- Advanced business-level Japanese is mandatory
- English required for offshore communication
