Expert Treasury Sol. Co Function: Finance / Treasury Location: Shanghai Purpose of the Role The Expert Treasury Sol. Co is responsible for managing treasury activities for the Solutions company. The role ensures effective cash management, supports funding and working capital optimization, and manages financial risks in alignment with global treasury policies while addressing local business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily cash positions and optimize local liquidity. Cash Forecasting: Prepare and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts. Foreign currency Risk Management: Identify and support mitigation of foreign exchange exposures in coordination with central treasury. Funding Support: Facilitate intercompany funding, dividends, and capital structure activities and working capital initiatives.
Banking administration: Manage local bank accounts, mandates, documentation, and KYC processes. E-banking & Systems: Ensure proper use and compliance with treasury systems and banking platforms incl. system administration. Compliance: Ensure adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Audit Support: Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities. Guarantees: Support issuance and management of guarantees and related instruments Stakeholder Management: Partner with local Finance, Tax, and other functions on regional and global level. Complexity of the Role The role operates in a dynamic environment with local regulatory requirements and close alignment to global treasury frameworks.
It requires balancing corporate standards with local operational realities.
Qualifications
& Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in treasury or finance roles. Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is advantageous. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and treasury platforms (e.g., Kyriba). Strong analytical and communication skills.
