Require an Account Executive – Client Servicing in Mumbai

Stepping into day-to-day account management support. Managing project delivery timelines, coordinating creative deliverables internally, and assisting senior brand managers on campaign check-lists. Coordinate the end-to-end production and handoff of creative assets across internal departments Assist senior brand managers with campaign checklists, milestone tracking, and execution oversight Act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and operational efficiency Maintain and update project documentation, status reports, and delivery logs for accountability and visibility Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating meetings, sharing updates, and resolving bottlenecks Requirements 2+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar support role Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and urgency Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a strong focus on deadlines and deliverables Proficient in project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Monday.
