HR Business Partner - Tribal Operations

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a key partner for Tribal Operations leaders of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC). The Human Resources Business Partner works directly with leaders in their respective areas and supports all Tribal Operations team members. This role will develop, implement, manage, and improve strategies and tactics related to organizational effectiveness, engagement, retention, performance management, talent management, and compensation.

This role also works to ensure organizational talent is prepared to deliver exceptional performance through partnership with leaders. This position collaborates frequently with other HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Compensation, and Leadership and Development.
