Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales, Marketing, and Call Center

The Recruiter is responsibilities for sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting applicants in order to build a pipeline for current and future positions. The Recruiter will provide ongoing training to hiring managers regarding recruitment processes within legal and company policies as well as assists in writing advertisements, analyzing reports and trends, be familiar with current and developing sourcing techniques and have the ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements.

The Recruiter must have the ability to manage multiple searches with varying priorities and be familiar with EEO, AA programs and policies and procedures.
