Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a capable Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust software solutions. This role emphasizes strong backend development with Python, collaboration with front-end teams as needed, and close cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing applications.

g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) Version control experience with Git; collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code Preferred Skills Experience with NoSQL databases and data warehousing concepts Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling Exposure to data visualization, testing frameworks, or front-end integration Certifications in Python development or cloud platforms Overall Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services aligned with business requirements Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Write clean, well-documented code; participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across environments Contribute to architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture, deployment procedures, and technical specifications Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing and best practices Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages (Essential & Preferred) Essential: Python 3.
