📈 Develop inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales strategies that maximize revenue and gross profit. 💰 Acquire quality inventory through: Trade-ins Fleet relationships Lease returns Auctions Wholesale channels Dealer partnerships 🔍 Evaluate & Price medium- and heavy-duty commercial trucks using market trends and valuation expertise.

📊 Monitor Performance through key business metrics including: ✔ Gross Profit ✔ Inventory Turn ✔ Aging Inventory ✔ Average Days to Sale ✔ Closing Ratios ✔ CRM Compliance ✔ Forecast Accuracy ✔ Sales Activity 🤝 Build Relationships with fleet operators, dealerships, wholesalers, transportation partners, and commercial customers.
