Job description
Diabetes Clinician position which will provide both inpatient diabetes education and outpatient diabetes education (individual patient appointments, monthly group diabetes education classes, and monthly diabetes support group meeting) at Deaconess Memorial Medical Center in Jasper, Indiana. This day shift 0.8 FTE position will work 8 days per two-week pay period.
