High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of professional HVAC service, diagnostics, repair, and installation experience HVAC State License preferred but not required EPA Certification required Valid driver's license Strong HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, repair, and installation skills Experience leading technicians or managing job sites Ability to complete job documentation using company software Ability to safely lift equipment and perform work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other job site environments Commitment to following safety procedures and local codes HVAC trade license is a plus Chill Out A/C & Heating, Inc.
