Job description
The Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant supports Mortgage Loan Officers throughout the loan origination process by assisting with administrative tasks, customer communication, document collection, loan file management, loan closings and compliance requirements. This role helps ensure mortgage applications are processed accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service to borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to achieve the Mortgage Department's goals and the Bank's Mission.
