Area Manager

Drive revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and overall sales targets for multiple branches. Supervise daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and audit standards. Guide and motivate Branch Managers and sales staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training programs.

Monitor loan processing, maintain asset quality, control Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and improve collection efficiency. Conduct market scoping, analyze local trends, and initiate promotional campaigns to increase market share.

Requirements

Any Graduate / Postgraduate Experience: 7+ years in NBFC, BFSI, Gold Loan, or Investment sector
