Job description
We are looking for energetic and responsible Delivery Executives to join our e-commerce delivery team. The role involves delivering parcels safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up parcels from the delivery hub. Deliver orders within the assigned area. Ensure timely and safe parcel delivery. Update delivery status using the delivery app. Collect OTP or customer signatures when required. Maintain professional behavior with customers. Follow company safety guidelines and traffic rules.
Requirements
Aadhaar Card, Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License. Own Two-Wheeler. Android Smartphone with internet. Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of Google Maps.
Qualifications
Minimum 10th Pass (Higher qualification is an advantage). Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
