Assistant Maintenance Manager - Forma

Salary range: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking a motivated, process-oriented maintenance professional to join our dedicated property maintenance team at our established community, Forma, in Oakland, California. The following functions are typically that of an Assistant Maintenance Manager, however should the Assistant Maintenance Manager need assistance with any of the below functions, Maintenance Technicians or the Maintenance Manager should provide support.
