Job description
We are looking for talents motivated to enrich their professional curriculum through an interesting experience as **Asset Management Analyst Intern in Asset Management & Letting - North Italy Team **of Generali Real Estate S.p.A.
During the Internship you will have the opportunity to support the team in the following activities:
- Identification and implementation of Real Estate development strategies
- Coordinating with the team for preparing and finalizing business plans, cash flows, scenario simulations for individual assets, sensitivity analysis on portfolios or individual assets
- Supporting in the coordination of the activities for leases for vacant spaces and/or renegotiation of leased spaces through the internal functions of Letting and external real estate brokerage companies
- Reporting activities regarding the performance of the assets in the portfolio
Support to the Accounting function regarding the accounting of costs and revenues of portfolios and the analysis of deviations between planned budgets and final budgets
