Overview

The Associate Director, CRM Development is a leadership role responsible for architecting and scaling the technology foundation that powers TripleLift's go-to-market engine. In this position, you will serve as the primary owner and developer of our Salesforce org — driving everything from custom object builds and workflow automation to data integrity, integrations, and platform governance — while setting technical direction and leading the roadmap for our broader CRM and GTM systems function. Beyond SFDC, you will own and manage our full GTM tech stack — including Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other tools — making deliberate architectural decisions about how these systems connect and interact, while also owning vendor relationships, ensuring data integrity and revenue reporting standards, and enabling our Sales, Revenue Operations, and Account Management teams to operate at peak efficiency.

You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions — ensuring our systems evolve in lockstep with how we go to market. As a senior technical leader, you will also guide and mentor other team members or contractors supporting the CRM platform, and represent CRM/GTM systems strategy in conversations with senior stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically deep, business-minded developer who wants to own a high-impact stack end-to-end, build meaningful infrastructure from the ground up, and play a central, leadership role in accelerating revenue growth at a leading programmatic advertising company.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Salesforce development, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, validation rules, and other platform configuration across Sales & Service Cloud and any integrated products
  • Architect, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack — including Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar, and other revenue-facing tools — ensuring clean, reliable data flow across systems
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, managing the full development lifecycle from scoping through deployment
  • Govern data quality and integrity across the GTM stack, establishing standards for hygiene, deduplication, and taxonomy that support accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize new GTM technologies, serving as the internal subject matter expert on tool selection, vendor management, and platform roadmap
  • Proactively monitor platform health across the GTM tech stack, triaging and resolving issues as they arise and managing bug fixes through their full lifecycle from identification through resolution.
  • Partner with BI/Data teams to surface Salesforce data in downstream reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Omni), and support initiatives to connect BI tooling to CRM infrastructure.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, admins, or contractors supporting the CRM/GTM platform, providing technical guidance and setting best practices for the broader team

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Salesforce Administration Required
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, such as leading technical projects end-to-end, setting architectural direction, mentoring junior developers or administrators, or managing vendor/contractor relationships
