Job description
The Merchandise Lead supports the daily operations of the Retail and Imaging departments by delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and leading frontline team members. This position is responsible for overseeing point of sale operations, cash handling, merchandising, inventory control, and photography sales while ensuring departmental policies and procedures are consistently followed.
The Merchandise Lead serves as a key resource for team members, provides coaching and training, and acts as the primary point of contact in the absence of the department supervisor.
