Job description
The Host Retail Concierge will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise for the retail shop and performing host duties for our resort restaurants. You will ensure each guest is given full attention and assistance as the guest requires. You will assist the guests to view and select merchandise while maintaining a secure environment.
You will also help to assist at any of the host positions throughout the Resort as you may be scheduled to support shift or break coverage. As the Host Retail Concierge, you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team) providing AAA four diamond standards of service to our guests.
