Role Overview We are looking for a Group Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team. The role focuses on group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis in an international, multi-entity environment. You will work closely with the Head of Controlling, gaining strong exposure to group-level topics and progressively taking ownership of reporting and consolidation activities.
This position is designed for a high-potential candidate willing to grow into a senior group controlling role over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly group closing and consolidation
- Support group management reporting and variance analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reporting
- Point of contact for local finance teams
- Compliance with group controlling standards
- Follow-up on reporting timelines and deliverables
- Resolution of reporting issues with senior stakeholders Experience & Background
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
- 4–7 years of experience in controlling or financial activities within companies
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Exposure to AI Tools and Data Automation is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plus
- Fluent English – Working Language
