Mark Mazda is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing dealership in Scottsdale, AZ. We provide the training and support you need to build a successful career in automotive sales. Responsibilities

Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial consultation to vehicle delivery. Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business. Respond promptly to showroom traffic, internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer referrals. Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives.

Present financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options. Learn Mazda vehicles, technology, incentives, and competitive products through ongoing training. Follow up with prospects and customers using the dealership CRM. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience is required (automotive experience is not required). Retail sales, furniture sales, wireless/cell phone sales, real estate, hospitality, customer service, or other commission-based sales experience is encouraged to apply. Automotive dealership sales experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
