LSF is seeking a talented Medical Coordinator (RN) who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.

This position’s primary role is to provide direct clinical care and coordination of health services for youth in the program, including supporting medical, dental, and behavioral health needs. The Medical Coordinator provides information related to treatment and care, ensures timely documentation, and works under the guidance of the Lead Medical Coordinator in collaboration with medical providers, Program Director, Assistant Program Director, and other related departments. This role requires an RN license.
