General Overview: We are hiring for our client, a leading multinational organization within the insurance sector, seeking an ambitious Legal Analyst (UAEN) to join its Dubai-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for Emirati legal professionals and fresh graduates looking to launch or accelerate their legal careers within a global corporate environment.

The role offers valuable exposure to a broad spectrum of legal matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal advisory support. Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to key business and regulatory initiatives within a dynamic and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and analyze commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documentation. Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on regulatory and legislative developments. Support the legal team in managing corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Assist with contract negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Maintain legal records, documentation, and contract management systems. Liaise with external legal counsel and support ongoing legal projects when required. Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and provide relevant updates to the business. Assist in preparing legal reports, presentations, policies, and internal communications.

Support the implementation of legal and compliance best practices across the organization. Key Requirements: Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory. Bachelor's Degree in Law – mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Up to 2 years of legal experience within a corporate, law firm, or regulatory environment.

Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex documentation accurately. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Good commercial awareness and understanding of corporate legal principles. Professional, proactive, and eager to learn within a multinational environment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
