Position Purpose: This Team Leader serves as a supervisory clinical member within a multidisciplinary team, delivering behavioral health treatment for co-occurring and primary mental health disorders among adults and adolescents. It ensures continuity of care through ethical and safe practices that meet regulatory standards, while actively integrating recovery into daily life and mentoring staff in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and milieu management.
