Part-Time Variable Care Specialist/QMAP - The Fountains

We are hiring a Part-Time Variable Care Specialist/QMAP at The Fountains! This position is responsible for providing personal care assistance to residents at The Fountains.  The employee is expected to provide clients with protective oversight and be responsive in meeting the needs and requests of residents.  This position is offering a part-time variable schedule, we are looking for individuals with day, evening and overnight availability. Care Specialist has a starting wage range of $17.35-$18.21 per hour. QMAP has a starting wage range of $18.85-$19.79. Accepting applications until 08/12/2026.
