Location: Jeddah / Makkah / Taif / Madinah (Priority will be given to candidates currently based in Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif.) Salary: SAR 2,500 – 4,000 per month (final salary discussed during the interview — can go higher depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-time Nationality: Open to all nationalities Job Description Apex Operations is hiring an experienced Chef (Meat Specialist) to join our F&B operations in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a chef with strong expertise in meat preparation and cooking techniques, capable of consistently delivering high-quality meat dishes. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of different meat cuts, proper cooking methods, and the ability to prepare meats to the customer's preferred level of doneness, including rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well done.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of meat dishes to consistently high quality standards. Select and utilize the most suitable cuts of meat for different menu items and cooking methods. Cook steaks and other meats accurately according to the requested level of doneness. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and portioning.

Maintain food quality while following food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards. Assist in maintaining efficient kitchen workflow and daily operations. Properly handle, store, and prepare meat products in accordance with food safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef specializing in meat preparation, grill, or steakhouse operations. Excellent knowledge of different meat cuts and their best culinary applications. Strong understanding of cooking temperatures and levels of doneness (rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well done). Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia. Priority will be given to candidates currently located in Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif . Candidates from other areas of Saudi Arabia are also welcome to apply.

Must be available for a mandatory 1-day practical skills test.
