Aircraft Quality Assurance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Manage the activities of the Quality Assurance group in determining and monitoring various quality indicators throughout the facility, developing trend analysis. Provides input to Top Management regarding key performance indicators of the Facility. Works with department heads to develop and track Continuous Improvement efforts.

Interfaces with customers and suppliers to understand and coordinate the resolution of quality issues. Considers the impact of quality decisions, as they affect profitability.
