Job Description: Automobile Technician (EV / Scooter) Job Summary We have an excellent opportunity for male candidates to join as Automobile Technicians with a leading Indian multinational ride-sharing organization . The role involves customer handling, EV scooter diagnostics, repairs, system updates, and strict adherence to safety and operational processes.

Client Overview Our client is a reputed Indian multinational ride-sharing company with diversified business verticals and a strong presence in the electric mobility ecosystem. Role Automobile Technician (EV Scooter) Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling Receive customers politely and greet them with professionalism Verify service requests and capture Voice of Customer (VOC) in the system Handle customer interactions both telephonically and face-to-face Provide timely updates to customers regarding repair status
2. Diagnosis Analyze and diagnose EV scooters to identify required repairs Update diagnosis reports in WMS (Getafix) Perform repairs as per customer concerns and conduct final inspections
3. System Handling Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update live status Operate Workshop Management System (Getafix) with 100% adherence Update operational status and ETA in both CRM and WMS Check scooter health using Telematics Command Centre for deep diagnosis
4. Technical Repairs Possess complete technical knowledge of EV scooters Repair or replace all scooter components as required Stay updated on technical training modules, EV bulletins, and product updates
5. Process & Operations Ensure strict process adherence at the Experience Centre Maintain clearly marked service bays for vehicles/scooters Handle invoicing and payment collections Ensure bays are clean, safe, and fit for service operations Skills Required Sound technical knowledge of EV / scooter systems Ability to use CRM, WMS, and diagnostic tools Process-oriented and safety-focused mindset Experience Requirement Minimum Experience: 1 year as an EV 2-Wheeler Technician Hands-on experience in electric scooter diagnosis, servicing, and repairs Compensation Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 Net Take-Home per month Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and interview performance Minimum Qualification 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / Graduation / Post Graduation Requirements Experience Requirement Minimum Experience: 1 year as an EV 2-Wheeler Technician Hands-on experience in electric scooter diagnosis, servicing, and repairs Compensation Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 Net Take-Home per month Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and interview performance Minimum Qualification 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / Graduation / Post Graduation Benefits Compensation Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 Net Take-Home per month Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and interview performance
