IN WORKING ON THE SITE DUE DILIGENCE TENURE CUSTOMARY LAND/ ILGs, ACCESS, UTILITIES, ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL BASLINE, GEOTECH/TOPO, CLIMATE AN NATURAL HAZARD EXPOSURE. DEVELOP PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDIES AND BUSINESS CASE WITH OPTIONS ANLYSIS AND COST- BENEFIT. MAP REGULATORY PATHWAY; PREPARE PERMITING REGISTER & SCHEDULE.
PRESENT RECOOMENDATIONS WITH ASSUMPTIONS, RISKS, CONTINGECIES Requirements Bachelor' s in engineering, construction/ project management , or related discipline. 5 to 10 years major project experience ( preferably including PNG/ Melanesia or similar proven track record managing design, procurement, construction, commissioning.
strong contract administration, claims/ variations, and commercial acumen. Demonstrated success in landowner/ coommunity interface and regulatory approvals Benefits Medical examination needed- all expenses for medical fees provided by the employers. employers will be hired on a ' fit to work' medical clearance from an accredited medical clinic/ hospital in the philippines.
