Givens Highland Farms a leading continuing care retirement community in Black Mountain, is hiring a full-time Health Services Social Worker. The primary purpose of the Health Services Social Work Navigator position is to provide social services navigation and support for both the Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care) and Residential Assisted Living (Multi-unit Assisted Housing with Services).
