- Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Based in Larkhill/Warminster you will manage planned preventative maintenance across the Garrison, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely, to the required quality, within budget and accurately recorded within company systems.
Your Role
- You will be ensuring the adoption of quality, health, safety and environmental policies, safe working practices and safe systems of work across all estate activities.
- You will be managing the delivery of planned preventative maintenance in line with computer-aided facilities management schedules and contractual timescales.
- You will be leading and coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance Coordinators and Administrators, including recruitment and performance management activities.
- You will be analysing operating and maintenance manuals, developing maintenance schedules and working with compliance teams to maintain best-practice asset maintenance programmes.
- You will be administering contractor approval processes, reviewing risk assessments and method statements, and managing contractor performance and compliance.
- You will be monitoring statutory and non-statutory compliance, remedial works, contractor progress, budgets, and reporting on planned preventative maintenance performance.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: You will hold an industry-recognised qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering, building or facilities management.
- Experience: You will have proven management experience in a similar role, experience within the construction, service or facilities management industry, and knowledge of asset maintenance and contractor management.
- Skills: You will have strong communication, leadership and information technology skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage priorities and work effectively with a range of stakeholders. Additional Information:
