Your role and responsibilities As a Threat Intelligence Consultant specializing in Threat Analysis, you will evaluate collected data for context and reliability, using disciplined tradecraft techniques to examine sources. You will bridge the gap between data collection and strategic decision-making, ensuring that organizations are well-equipped to address cyber threats effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyze Collected Data: Evaluate data for context and reliability, using disciplined tradecraft techniques to examine sources and determine the value of cyber threat information for various stakeholders.
- Develop Cyber Threat Intelligence Frameworks: Create frameworks, programs, and dissemination plans to ensure effective communication of cyber threat intelligence to stakeholders.
- Examine Sources: Apply tradecraft techniques to assess the credibility and relevance of sources, identifying potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Determine Threat Value: Assess the value of cyber threat information for various stakeholders, ensuring that organizations are well-informed and equipped to address cyber threats.
- Support Strategic Decision-Making: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, enabling organizations to respond effectively to cyber threats. Required technical and professional expertise
- Exposure to Threat Analysis: Familiarity with evaluating collected data for context and reliability, using disciplined tradecraft techniques to examine sources and determine the value of cyber threat information.
- Experience Working with Cyber Threat Intelligence: Knowledge of developing cyber threat intelligence frameworks, programs, and dissemination plans to ensure effective communication of cyber threat intelligence to stakeholders.
- Understanding of Tradecraft Techniques: Exposure to applying tradecraft techniques to assess the credibility and relevance of sources, identifying potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with Threat Assessment: Experience working with assessing the value of cyber threat information for various stakeholders, ensuring that organizations are well-informed and equipped to address cyber threats.
- Exposure to Strategic Decision-Making: Understanding of providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, enabling organizations to respond effectively to cyber threats. Preferred technical and professional experience
- Advanced Threat Analysis Techniques: Exposure to sophisticated methods for evaluating collected data, including data visualization tools and machine learning algorithms, to enhance the analysis of cyber threat information.
- Cyber Threat Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with specialized software and platforms used for developing and disseminating cyber threat intelligence, such as threat intelligence feeds and incident response systems.
- Cross-Domain Threat Analysis: Experience working with multiple data sources and domains to identify and analyze potential cyber threats, including network traffic, system logs, and open-source intelligence.
