Job description
Quotation Specialist: The primary responsibility of this role is to provide customer support through quoting, sourcing, and delivering product/parts quotations. Source and price designated products/parts for customers Field customer calls to answer basic questions and provide parts/product quotes Send finalized quotes to customers Maintain working knowledge of designated product lines Coordinate with shop on existing work in progress Verify accuracy and completeness prior to submitting orders for processing Coordinate with Order Specialists on order processing, delivery, and customer follow up.
