Application Development Specialist Power Transformers

Join Arclin's Energy Solutions team and help drive the future of transformer insulation technology across North America. In this customer-facing technical role, you'll partner with transformer OEMs, design engineers, and manufacturing teams to support the specification and adoption of Nomex® insulation systems in dry-type and liquid-filled transformer applications.

You'll provide technical expertise, solve application challenges, influence design decisions, and identify new growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding market. Ideal candidates bring transformer design, engineering, or manufacturing experience and enjoy combining technical problem-solving with customer engagement.

Travel approximately 25% throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico
