Risk Manager & Physician Relations – RN Location: Dayton, Ohio Premier Health is seeking a seasoned Risk Manager & Physician Relations to join our team. This is a high-impact role dedicated to strengthening patient safety, protecting organizational assets, and driving system-wide improvements across Premier Health and the Premier Physician Network.

Key Responsibilities
Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts across system, hospital, and ambulatory settings Oversee proactive risk management initiatives Evaluate claims and support litigation management Serve as a consultant to executives, physicians, and staff on risk‑related matters Direct and monitor incident reporting processes Provide guidance and support to physicians proactively and throughout the claims process Must be a Registered Nurse
- Current Ohio RN license Master’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred 3–5 years of relevant healthcare management experience Background in nursing, law, insurance, or claims Certification in Healthcare Risk Management (preferred) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills If you're an experienced RN with a passion for risk management and patient safety—and you live within approx. an hour of Dayton—we encourage you to apply.
